Ganderworks ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Lemonil mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lemonil. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (fruit entries, photos, comments). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you submit.
Don't use Lemonil to post anything illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise abusive. Don't attempt to interfere with the Service's operation or other users' use of it.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganderworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
