Ganderworks ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Lemonil mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display handle.
• Location: We collect your device location when you use the map features to show nearby fruit spots and to geotag entries you submit. Location is used only within the app and is not shared with third parties.
• User-submitted content: Fruit entries you submit, including fruit name, description, score, place name, and optional photos, are stored on our servers and displayed to other users of the app.
• Usage data: We collect basic engagement signals (views, taps) on fruit entries to rank nearby results. This data is not linked to your identity.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the app
• To display fruit spots on the map and in the nearby feed
• To associate entries with your account so others can see who posted them

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Photos are stored in Amazon S3. The app backend runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure.

Data Retention

Your account and submitted entries are retained until you request deletion. To delete your account or any entry, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

Lemonil is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do.
